GIRLS SOCCER - GENESEO SECTIONHAL SEMI-FINALS
• Peoria Notre Dame 3, Geneseo 2
Jenny Olson scored the game-winner as Notre Dame beat Genseo, 3-2, in the Geneseo Sectional semi-final. Casey O'Brien also scored for ND. Madi Green had an assist. ND will play U-High Saturday for the Sectional championship.
• U-High 5, Dunlap 0
Dunlap lost to U-High, 5-0, in the other semi-final to end its season with an 11-7-5 record.
SOFTBALL - METAMORA REGIONAL
Tuesday's game between Dunlap and Richwoods was postponed due to rain. Those two teams will play at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Metamora High School. Notre Dame plays Metamora at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in that Regional.
