Peoria Police received a report from the District 150 Police this morning, regarding a 10-year-old girl being approached at her bus stop by a man in a car.

The girl said she was waiting for her bus to Columbia School, at University and Crsetwood Drive, when a man drive up at about 7:10 a.m.

The girl said the man was driving a black or blue car. She said he pulled up to the curb, rolled down his window and told her to "come here."

She did not respond.

The bus approached, and the suspect drove away.

The suspect is described as black, in his 30s, balding, wearing a black leather coat and having a medium complexion.
