Everything in my 30-by-50-foot plot is thriving: French greens, arugula, romaine, Bibb and buttercrunch lettuce, shallots, sweet onions, red onions, Brussels sprouts, eggplant, yard-long beans, cabbage, green and yellow beans, beets, four pepper varieties, heirloom tomatoes, multicolored Swiss chard, fingerling potatoes, nasturtium, fennel, dill, cilantro, radishes, purple ruffled basil, lemon cucumbers, three types of zucchini and several rows of carrots.
